Deleting citations from a list

To remove a citation from your list permanently, click the delete icon Delete next to the citation.

 

Displaying citations

To manipulate the display of a citation on a list click the edit icon Example of an edit button in RLMS. next to the citation.

To specify a date when the citation can be viewed by students, enter dates in the "Citation appearance" field. The dates are set to the same values as the unit list's start and end date fields when the citation is added.

To specify a date when the link to a citation can be accessed by students, enter dates in the "File access" Fields. If the "Citation appearance" and "File access" fields are left bank, the citation will display all of the time.

Bulk changes to citations are possible by selecting several or all of them, and clicking the Edit selected citations link at the bottom of the box.
