Citing AV materials
Not only is it good academic practice to cite your work, it is also essential for copyright compliance. The citation should note the following information:
Title of program
Time of original broadcast
Date of original broadcast
Duration (in minutes)
Whether sourced from TV (TV), Satellite (S), Cable (C), or Radio (R)
Name of the TV Channel or Radio Station
What can I communicate to students?
You may communicate to students all that you copy.
You can place AV material copied under Part VA online for students to access, or send it to students via email, so long as the following caveats are adhered to:
