Basic Format for Referencing Information From an Act of Parliament

Details to be recorded when you reference information from an Act of Parliament (on the Internet):

Title of Act [statute on the internet]. Year of Publication [Date of Access]. Available from: URL

Add date of access to the 'Access Date' field. Paste homepage URL of the web site into the 'URL' field.

Reference Type: Web Page

Add details to 'Year' field.

Add [statute on the Internet] to the 'Title' field after the name of the Act.
